On January 1, 2021, QCS Purchasing, LLC, Allied Purchasing, Quality Chekd Dairies, and South East Cooperative Organization (SECO) announced the completed merger of their business operations to form the new QCS Purchasing Cooperative. The merger brought members, programs, operations, finances, staff, and all other business functions into one consolidated organization to create the largest purchasing cooperative of its kind.
The merger delivered additional savings and sourcing solutions to help members achieve lower costs on products and services. Member benefits include:

Dedicated to providing food and beverage industry members with even more buying power and purchasing benefits, Quality Chekd Dairies and SECO & Golden “100” Inc. fully integrated their purchasing units as QCS Purchasing, LLC, on Jan. 1, 2005. Allied Purchasing later joined the group in 2008. Each of these organizations has been in business since the early 1940s and is well-respected in the industry.
