What are the dates for the 2025 QCS Annual Conference and where will it be held?  

• The dates for the 2025 conference are October 19 – 21, 2025. The conference will be held the Hilton Boston Park Plaza located at 50 Park Plaza, Boston, Massachusetts, 02116 

Who can attend the conference?  

• The QCS Annual Conference is a QCS member and approved supply partner-only event. 

Registration 

When do you expect registration to open for the Conference?  

• Conference registration is expected to open in late June. 

Housing & Transportation  

When will room reservations open?  

• The Hilton Boston Park Plaza will begin taking room reservations in late June. 

What is the negotiated room rate?

• $299.00 plus tax and applicable fees. 

What is the major airport in Boston? 

• The Boston/Logan Airport is only 6 miles away. 

Does the Hilton Boston Park Plaza offer a hotel shuttle?

• No.
