The QCS Leadership Awards recognize member companies and supply partners who have gone above and beyond over the past year—demonstrating true partnership, engagement, and support that drive our cooperative’s shared vision forward. The 2026 Leadership Award will be presented during the Awards Gala on Tuesday, October 20th.
The Value Creator Award honors individuals whose meaningful contributions have helped connect, advocate, and innovate within our community. These leaders play a vital role in strengthening QCS by fostering collaboration, advancing new ideas, and championing the cooperative spirit. The QCS quality award program recognizes its members that go above and beyond their peers in a variety of quality & food safety categories. Our major awards, The Irving B. Weber Award and the Dairy Quality Excellence Award are given to the top plants who achieve the highest ranking in various categories and are recognized by their peers as the “BEST OF THE BEST” within our organization. To qualify for the QCS Quality Awards, members must be participants in the QCS Dairy Quality Excellence Program.
