The safety and welfare of our attendees are a top priority. As it relates to Covid-19, and any and all other epidemics, pandemics, or other health situations, QCS will continue to monitor the guidance of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the requirements of state and local government and health authorities.

QCS encourages Annual Conference participants to follow the guidance of the CDC, and participants will be required to comply with laws and regulations issued by state and local government authorities and health agencies in the city of San Diego and the state of California.

  • Where will the QCS Annual conference be held?
    • Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter.  Located at 910 Broadway Circle, San Diego, CA.
  • I have a spouse/guest who will be attending the conference. Do they have to register? 
    • Yes. Name badges are required for entrance into all conference events, including receptions, therefore, all attendees must register.  There is no registration fee for member spouses/ guests.  The supply partner registration fee is $250 each. 
  • Where do I pick up my name badge? 
    • Registration packets, including your name badge and conference program, will be distributed when you check in to the hotel. QCS will not have a registration desk.  
  • What is the dress code? 
    • The dress code for conference meetings and daytime meals is business casual (for men: dress pants/khakis and a shirt with a collar. For women: dress pants/casual dresses and a blouse or shirt with a collar.) We suggest that you bring a jacket or sweater because the meeting rooms may be cold, and temperatures may fluctuate.  
    • Tuesday evening’s Awards Gala is semi-formal (for men: suit & tie/sport coat is recommended. For women: a cocktail/ little black dress or dress pants)

  • When is the registration deadline? 
    • The registration deadline date is September 16, 2022.

  • Does my registration include Sunday’s Welcome Reception, Charitable Bike Build, Meet, Greet N Go Eat and Awards Gala? 
    • Yes. All receptions and networking events are open to all registered.  Registered guests and spouses are also welcomed to attend all receptions and networking events – even the Charitable Bike Build.

  • What is the Supply Partner Showcase? (Tuesday, Oct. 11, at 1:00 – 4:00 pm.) 
    • We reinvented the traditional QCS supply partner trade show with our Supply Partner Showcase. This event offers something for every attendee:

      • Demonstration Rooms

  • What is included in the tabletop space?
    • One 6-foot skirted table and one chair (cost is included in registration fee). There is no need to order additional items, and there is no exhibit contractor servicing this event.
