General

• Where will the 2024 QCS Annual Conference be held?
  • The Hilton Denver City Center. The hotel is located at 1701 California Street, Denver, Colorado.

• Who can attend the conference?
  • The QCS Annual Conference is a QCS member and approved supply partner-only event.

• Who do I contact with questions about the conference?
  • Email [email protected] with questions. 

• I have special dietary needs; can you accommodate me?
  • Yes, please fill out the dietary restrictions section on the registration form.

• Is there a dress code for the event?
  • The dress code at the conference is business casual. Meeting room temperatures often fluctuate and some events are outdoors. Therefore, dress accordingly. The Escape SmartHunt® is an indoor/outdoor event where business activewear is appropriate. The Celebration Gala on Tuesday evening is semi-formal.

• Where do I go to check-in at the conference?
  • There will be a QCS Registration Table where you can pick up your name badge and event package.

• Where can I find information about the Educational Sessions? When will an events schedule be posted?
  • View the agenda here. Educational Sessions and QCS Category Session descriptions will be added in July. Please check back frequently for updates.

• Is registration open for the 2024 QCS Annual Conference? Yes!
  • Members – you can register by clicking here.

• Can I register for multiple people?
  • Yes, when registering, please be sure to indicate multiple registrations on the appropriate field.

• What’s included in my registration?
  • All keynote, educational sessions, networking events, The Escape SmartHunt® group event, receptions, Celebration Gala, and meals are included in your registration, with the exception of “on your own” meals where noted.

Housing & Transportation 

• How do I register for the hotel?

• When is the deadline to reserve my hotel room?
  • Housing reservations close on September 27, 2024.

• What is the major airport?
  • The Denver International Airport (DEN) is approximately 24 miles from the Hilton Denver City Center.

• Is there an airport shuttle available from Denver International Airport to the Hotel?
  • The hotel does not provide a shuttle service. However, you may book a shuttle, town car, SUV, or limo from quality providers such as Supershuttle, Groundlink, and Blacklane.
    
• How much is an Uber from Denver Airport to Hilton Denver City Center?
  • The Uber app gives you the power to request a ride from DEN anytime, 24/7. The average price for this trip is $49, however, fees may vary.
